As Vice President and Controller, Ms. Jenkins leads the management of the accounting and financial reporting and analysis functions for EPR Properties. Ms. Jenkins oversees the SEC reporting function of the organization, ensures compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, and manages and directs the technical, operational, and general ledger accounting functions for EPR Properties.
Prior to joining EPR Properties in 2008, Ms. Jenkins was a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG and a Senior Financial Analyst at Children’s Mercy Hospital. Ms. Jenkins previously served as the Manager and Director of Financial Reporting at EPR Properties. Ms. Jenkins holds a Masters in Accounting from the University of Missouri Kansas City and graduated from University of Kansas with a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
