As Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications, Mr. Moriarty is responsible for external and internal communication strategies and materials that are aligned with the corporate business strategy. Mr. Moriarty additionally leads all investor relations, public relations and corporate marketing initiatives for the Company, ensuring the Company is consistently and effectively communicating its message to all key audiences. In joining EPR, one of Mr. Moriarty’s first initiatives was migrating the Company brand from Entertainment Properties Trust to EPR Properties, allowing for enhanced alignment of the Company’s brand and business strategies.
Mr. Moriarty joined EPR Properties in 2011 as Vice President of Corporate Communications and was appointed Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications in 2024. Mr. Moriarty started his career in Corporate Marketing at Sprint Telecommunications where he gained increasing levels of leadership working across multiple functions including domestic and international market management and development. Prior to joining EPR Properties, Mr. Moriarty held a leadership role at American Century Mutual Funds, working with the Investment Management team in growing the fund portfolio and investor base. During his tenure at American Century, Mr. Moriarty was honored with the company-wide Innovation Award, given to the employee who best exemplified an innovative approach in their role. Mr. Moriarty received his B.A. from the University of Kansas.
